Danielle Bero’s poetry troupe, POETchella, brings an eclectic and inclusive splash to poetry. Each poet represents their own intersectionality, identity and creative flair. Hailing from the boroughs, each poet represents a slice of the microcosm that is NYC. Danielle, being a homegrown Queens native, seeks to create welcoming and encouraging spaces for all types of poets by way of open mics, readings, and workshops. We believe poetry is a universal language that all can access.
