LONESOME PRESS is a community-driven independent imprint focused on poetry and the creative arts founded by New York poet and publisher Monique Erickson. LONESOME N° 1: YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE is our inaugural interdisciplinary, intergenerational and international hardcover journal. This first volume has been produced in two limited, signed editions of 500 (one numbered in black ink, and one in red).

LONESOME PRESS hosts a mercurial salon series featuring live performances of poetry and music. These close-knit gatherings have been held in New York City at Tibet House, the landmark Jefferson Market branch of the New York Public Library, creekside on the Wappinger Creek in Dutchess County, NY, in Berkeley and Los Angeles, CA, and now at the New York City Annual Poetry Festival.
